摘  要:基于SolidWorks软件完成了铣轴端方头的夹具设计,该夹具操作方便,一次安装4个工件同时进行加工,生产效率高。采用SolidWorks软件完成了零件建模、夹具装配、夹具工程图的生成。为了验证夹具工作的安全可靠性,采用Simulation模块对夹紧元件——压板进行了有限元分析,得到了压板前5阶的固有频率,它们远远大于粗、精铣削时由于铣削力造成的振动频率,故粗、精铣削时不会发生共振。Based on the SolidWorks software,the fixture design of the square end of the milling shaft is completed.The fixture is easy to operate and installs 4 workpieces at a time for processing at the same time with high production efficiency.Use SolidWorks software to complete the part modeling,fixture assembly,and fixture engineering drawings.In order to verify the safety and reliability of the fixture work,a finite element analysis was performed on the clamping element-pressure plate using the Simulation module.The natural frequency values of the first 5 steps of the platen are obtained,which are far greater than the vibration frequency caused by the milling force during rough and fine milling,so no resonance occurs during rough and fine milling.
