摘 要:首先通过一系列计算得出纺锭轴承的弹性基础刚度值,然后基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对细纱机锭子进行了模态分析,得到锭子的前6阶固有频率及振型。模态分析时锭尖和纺锭轴承处的约束采用弹性支承,并设置弹性支承刚度为计算出来的弹性基础刚度值。最后对纺锭轴承的弹性基础刚度值进行了参数化分析,验证了由计算得出的刚度值的合理性。Firstly,the elastic base stiffness value of the spindle bearing was obtained through a series of calculations,and then the modal analysis of the spinning frame spindle was performed based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,and the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of the spindle were obtained.In the modal analysis,the restraint on the spindle tip and the bearing of the spindle adopts the elastic support,and the elastic support stiffness is set to the calculated elastic base stiffness value.Finally,the parametric analysis of the elastic base stiffness value of the spindle bearing was performed,and the rationality of the calculated stiffness value was verified.
