摘　　要：成型机下横梁的变形值是影响轧制钢管长度方向精度的主要参数,为此采用激光位移传感器的方法找出成型机实际生产中下横梁的弹性变形值,并准确调整下横梁的变形补偿量,从而保证钢管的精度。The deformation value of lower beam of forming machine is the main fact or affecting the rolling precision of the steel pipe in the longitudinal direction,to this end,use the method of the laser displacement sensor method to find the elastic deformation value of the lower beam in the actual production of the molding machine,and accurately adjust the deformation compensation amount of the lower beam to ensure the accuracy of the steel pipe.
