摘  要:在现有CTN系列弹性耐磨涂料的基础上,以聚己内酯型弹性聚氨酯固化剂(ST固化剂)替代聚碳酸酯型固化剂(SF固化剂),制备了高寒地区高铁动车组外风挡胶囊用新型弹性耐磨涂料。重点探讨了弹性聚氨酯固化剂的种类及用量、固化条件等对涂料力学性能、耐温性能、耐磨性能以及回黏性能的影响。研究结果表明:在不影响涂料耐磨性能与回黏性能的前提下,ST固化剂能够显著改善涂料的低温力学性能与耐温性能,其所制备的涂料能够满足高寒地区高铁动车组外风挡胶囊的设计与使用要求。Based on the basis of the existing CTN series of elastic wear-resistant coatings,a new elastic wearresistant coatings for vestibule diaphragm of high-speed railway EMUs in alpine area was prepared by using polycaprolactone-type elastic polyurethane curing agent(ST curing agent)instead of polycarbonate-type curing agent(SF curing agent). The effects of the type and dosage of the elastic polyurethane curing agent and curing conditions on the mechanical properties,temperature resistance,wear-resistance and after-tack of the coating were emphatically discussed. The results showed that ST curing agent can significantly improve the mechanical properties and temperature resistance of the coating at low temperature without affecting the wear-resistance and after-tack of the coating. The new coatings can meet the design and application requirements of vestibule diaphragm of highspeed railway EMUs in alpine area.
