摘　　要：淋涂施工方式涂装效率高,适合流水线生产,能够有效降低生产成本,同时明显降低VOC(挥发性有机化合物)含量。针对此种涂装工艺,对原材料进行筛选及优化,制备不饱和聚酯白色底漆,有效避免淋涂施工过程中出现断幕,闪幕及气泡现象,满足了家具企业的涂装要求。Flow coating construction method has high coating efficiency,is suitable for assembly line production,can effectively reduce production costs,and significantly reduce VOC contents. In view of this coating process,raw materials were screened and optimized to prepare unsaturated polyester white primer,which can effectively avoid curtain breaking,flashing and air bubbles during flow coating construction and meet the coating requirements of furniture enterprises.
