摘　　要：通过对中国石化镇海炼化分公司炼油芳烃生产链梳理,从原油采购种类选择、加氢裂化多产化工原料的优化、重整原料馏程控制和提高重整反应苛刻度等方面分析,强化精细化管理,优化上游重整原料来源的多样性,拓宽了芳烃原料资源。通过充分发挥歧化装置的作用,提高了吸附分离原料质量;同时实施苯抽提和芳烃抽提消瓶颈改造,提高了芳烃回收装置能力;最后通过装置优化的实践案例分析,总结装置优化操作在充分论证前要慎行。Along the oil refining to aromatics production chain in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company(ZRCC),the article is to analyze the relevant aspects including crude selection and procurement,maximizing chemical feedstocks form hydrocracking,control of distillation range of reformer feedstock,and improving reforming severity,in efforts to boost the fine management,the diversity of reforming feedstocks,and the availability of aromatics feedstocks.The disproportionation unit is fully tapped to improve the quality of feed for adsorption and separation,and meanwhile the benzene extraction and aromatics extraction units are debottlenecked to raise the recovery capacity of the aromatics unit.Finally,it concludes that the optimizations for the units should be fully demonstrated before putting into operation,exemplified with practical cases.
