摘　　要：目的研究与观察神经电生理在持续植物状态患者脊髓电刺激疗法中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月-2019年2月的39例采用脊髓电刺激疗法治疗的持续植物状态患者为研究对象,将其根据Cant分级分为Ⅰ级组12例、Ⅱ级组14例及Ⅲ级组13例。比较三组的临床疗效、治疗前后的脑血流指标,并采用Spearman等级相关分析处理Cant分级与临床疗效的关系。结果Ⅰ级组的临床疗效优于Ⅲ级组,Ⅱ级组优于Ⅲ级组,Ⅰ级的脑血流改善幅度大于Ⅱ级组及Ⅲ级组,Ⅱ级组则大于Ⅲ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman等级相关分析显示,Cant分级与临床疗效呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论神经电生理在持续植物状态患者脊髓电刺激疗法中的应用效果较好,对于本类治疗患者的指导与参考意义较高。Objective To study and observe the application effect of electroneurophysiology in the patients with persistent vegetative state treated with spinal cord electrostimulation therapy.Methods 39 patients with persistent vegetative state treated with spinal cord electrostimulation therapy from July 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into stageⅠgroup 12 cases,stageⅡgroup 14 cases and stageⅢgroup 13 cases according to the Cant grades.Then the clinical effect,cerebral blood flow indexes before and after the treatment of three groups were compared,and the relationship between Cant grades and clinical effect were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results The clinical effect of stageⅠgroup were better than those of stageⅢgroup,the clinical effect of of stageⅡgroup were better than those of stageⅢgroup,the improvement range of stageⅠgroup were bigger than those of stageⅡgroup and stageⅢgroup,the improvement range of stageⅡgroup were bigger than those of stageⅢgroup,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the Cant grades was negatively correlated with clinical effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of electroneurophysiology in the patients with persistent vegetative state treated with spinal cord electrostimulation therapy is better,and it has higher guidance and reference significance for the treatment of these patients.
