双钢板技术治疗肱骨髁上髁间粉碎骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的肱骨髁上髁粉碎骨折应用双钢板技术治疗效果与疼痛度情况分析。方法选取2008年6月-2019年6月本院诊治110例肱骨髁上髁粉碎骨折患者资料,随机分两组,对照组予内固定手术,研究组予双钢板技术方案,分析两组肘关节功能、疼痛度及并发症情况。结果治疗后,研究组肘关节相关功能评分(86.23±4.46)比对照组(68.24±6.27)高;疼痛度评分(2.53±0.39)比对照组(4.36±0.52)低,差异比较有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组骨化肌炎、伤口感染等并发症发生率为3.64%,低于比对照组(14.55%)(P<0.05)。结论肱骨髁上髁粉碎骨折应用双钢板技术治疗,能有效提高患者肘关节功能,缓解其疼痛度,降低并发症,具一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect and pain of double-plate technique in the treatment of humeral humeral fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with comminuted humeral condylar fractures were enrolled in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with internal fixation.The study group was given a double-plate technical plan to analyze the two sets of elbow.Joint function,pain and complications.Results After treatment,the elbow joint function(86.23±4.46)was higher in the study group than in the control group(68.24±6.27);the pain degree(2.53±0.39)was less than the control group(4.36±0.52),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);incidence of complications is 3.64%in the study group,that were less than 14.55%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of humeral humeral fractures with double-plate technique can effectively improve the elbow joint function,relieve the pain and reduce complications,and has certain clinical application value.
