摘　　要：目的探究胸膜五肽辅助治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法从2016年7月-2017年12月我院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者中选取42例进行研究,以随机数表法将其分2组,每组各21例,对照组采用常规抗结核方案治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用胸腺五肽,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗组痰菌转阴率、肺内病灶吸收率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年,治疗组结核复发率4.76%,较对照组的33.33%明显降低(P<0.05)。结论胸膜五肽辅助治疗肺结核合并糖尿病效果满意,能够促进痰菌转阴,加快病灶吸收,并减少结核复发,且不会增加不良反应发生。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of pleuropentapeptide in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2016 to December 2017,42 patients with tuberculosis and diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antituberculosis program,and the treatment group was treated with Thymopentin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The negative rate of sputum bacteria and the absorption rate of pulmonary lesions in the treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The 1-year recurrence rate in the treatment group was 4.76%,significantly lower than the 33.33%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pleuropentapeptide in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes is satisfactory.It can promote the sputum to turn negative,accelerate the absorption of focus,reduce the recurrence of tuberculosis,and not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
