摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒技术评估下肢穿静脉曲张患者穿静脉形态与功能变化的相关性。方法从2017年10月-2019年9月于本院治疗的下肢穿静脉曲张患者中筛选出62例患者,对其进行彩色多普勒技术诊断。分析穿静脉形态与功能变化的相关性。结果62例患者中,彩色多普勒检查显示有115支穿静脉开放。其中显示有77支出现反流。大腿下部和小腿下部内径比较,有统计学意义(t=6.432,P=0.000)。穿静脉反流随着穿静脉的内径增加而增加(r=0.712,P=0.000)。结论小腿是下肢穿静脉血栓的多发部位,大腿穿静脉内径大于小腿穿静脉内径,小腿穿静脉更容易形成反流。穿静脉开放的数量,与穿静脉内径成正比,穿静脉反流与穿静脉内径密切相关。反流静脉的内径越宽,其反流情况越严重。Objective To explore the correlation between the changes of the shape and function of the perforating vein in patients with varicose vein of the lower extremity by color Doppler.Methods From October 2017 to September 2019,62 patients with varicocele of lower extremity were selected and diagnosed by color Doppler.To analyze the correlation between the morphology and function of the perforating vein.Results In 62 patients,color Doppler examination showed that 115 veins were open.Among them,77 showed countercurrent.There was statistical significance between the inner diameter of lower thigh and lower leg(t=6.432,P=0.000).The reverse flow increased with the increase of the diameter of the perforating vein(r=0.712,P=0.000).Conclusion The lower leg is the most common site of DVT.The diameter of thigh vein is larger than that of the lower leg vein,which is easier to form reflux.The number of venipuncture is directly proportional to the diameter of venipuncture,and venipuncture reflux is closely related to the diameter of venipuncture.The wider the diameter of the reflux vein is,the more serious the reflux is.
