系统化护理在急慢性胆囊炎手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究在急慢性胆囊炎患者手术治疗期间实施系统化护理干预的效果。方法采用分层抽样法从2016年6月-2019年6月急慢性胆囊炎手术患者中抽选50例纳入本次实验,并采用随机数字表法将其中25例纳入常规组,剩余25例纳入系统组,常规组实施常规护理,系统组在常规护理基础上实施系统化护理干预,统计并比较两种护理方式下患者的手术感染发生情况、术后恢复时间以及护理满意度。结果系统组手术感染程度低于常规组,且手术感染总发生率8.0%低于常规组的28.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);系统组首次排气时间、住院时间均短于常规组,且护理满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急慢性胆囊炎患者手术治疗期间,给予其系统化护理干预,可以降低患者手术感染发生率和感染程度,利于患者术后尽快恢复,并可提高患者满意度,利于医患关系的和谐。Objective To study the effects of systematic nursing interventions during the operation of acute and chronic cholecystitis.Methods Through stratified sampling method,50 acute and chronic cholecystitis patients from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and randomly assigned to the routine group(n=25)and the systematic group(n=25)by random number table.The routine group was implemented routine nursing,the systematic group was implemented systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine care,The infection rate,postoperative recovery time and nursing satisfaction were counted and compared under two nursing methods.Results The infection degree in the systematic group was lower than the routine group;the overall infection rate in systematic group(8.0%)was lower than routine group(28.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the initial exhaust time and hospitalization time in the systematic group was shorter than the routine group;the nursing satisfaction scores were higher than routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During surgery of acute and chronic cholecystitis,the systematic nursing interventions can reduce the infection rate and degree,promote the fast recovery,improve the nursing satisfaction and keep the favorable doctor-patient relationships.
