摘 要:船用阀门是船舶通用管系重要的组成部件之一,随着船舶自动控制技术的不断发展,船用阀门的控制系统研究已经成为船舶大型化和智能化不可缺少的部分.针对船舶电液阀的结构特点和控制技术要求,考虑实际教学装置的直观性、功能性和经济性等需求,设计了一套基于PLC控制的阀门遥控实验装置,并对实验装置的操作进行了简要的说明.Marine valve is one of the important components of ship general piping system.With the continuous development of ship automatic control technology,the research of ship valve control system has become an indispensable part of ship scale and intelligence.In view of the structural characteristics and control technical requirements of marine electro-hydraulic valve,and considering the requirements of intuitiveness,functionality and economy of practical teaching device,a set of valve remote control experimental device based on PLC control was designed,and the operation of the experimental device was briefly explained.
