摘 要:为了研究碳氮比对黏性红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)WP3类胡萝卜素发酵的影响,设置若干个碳氮比,通过单因素研究实验了解碳氮比的变化对类胡萝卜素质量浓度与生物量的影响,探究碳氮比的改变对类胡萝卜素合成过程中葡萄糖利用、残糖比、类胡萝卜素得率的影响。结果表明,当碳氮比为20c时最利于细胞生长;当碳氮比为70c时所得类胡萝卜素质量浓度最大,为399.4663μg/L,类胡萝卜素得率(对初总糖)也最大,为3.4190×10^-5,但在此碳氮比下发酵消耗葡萄糖量少,残糖量大。为了使葡萄糖利用充分,可适当添加有机氮源,有利于类胡萝卜素合成。In order to investigate the effects of C/N ratios on the fermentation of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa WP3,this paper firstly set a few proportions,investigated the effects of different C/N ratios on cell growth and carotenoid synthesis by single factor method,and investigated the effects of different C/N ratios on the utilization of glucose,the percentage of residual sugar and the carotenoids yield in the synthesis of carotenoids.The result showed that When the C/N ratio was 20c,it was most beneficial to cell growth,when the C/N ratio was 70c,carotenoids production was the highest,reached 399.4663μg/L,and carotenoids yield(for primary sugar content)was the highest,reached 3.4190×10^-5.However,under this C/N ratio,consumed less glucose and has more residual sugar.In order to make full use of glucose,organic nitrogen sources could be added appropriately,which was conducive to the accumulation of carotenoids.
