摘　　要：弗格森埃希氏菌(Escherichia fergusonii)是一种不常出现的动物和人类病原体,与大肠埃希氏菌关系密切。它可引起人的伤口感染、尿路感染、菌血症、腹泻、胰腺癌、内生性肉芽肿和胸膜炎等,也可在绵羊和牛中引起类沙门氏杆菌病,其临床症状一般表现为流产、腹泻和乳腺炎等。文章综述了弗格森埃希氏菌的历史、生化和培养特征、表型和基因型特征、毒力因子和致病性、诊断和感染治疗与预防等方面的研究进展,以期引起人们对弗格森埃希氏菌的关注。Escherichia fergusonii is a rare animal and human pathogen,which is closely related to Escherichia coli.It can cause human wound infection,urinary tract infection,bacteremia,diarrhea,pancreatic cancer,endogenous granuloma and pleurisy,etc.it can also cause salmonella-like diseases in sheep and cattle,whose clinical manifestations include abortion,diarrhea and mastitis,etc.This paper summarizes the research progress of Escherichia fergusonii in the history,biochemistry and culture characteristics,phenotype and genotype characteristics,virulence factors and pathogenicity,diagnosis and prevention in order to get people's attention.
