摘　　要：目的探讨EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症的临床相关因素分析。方法选择2018年1月-2019年6月来我院检查出EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症病例37例,另选体检健康者37例,记录观察EDTA抗凝血仪器法检测结果与枸橼酸钠抗凝血仪器检测结果,EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症患者与健康者血沉和免疫球蛋白。结果EDTA抗凝血标本检测出血小板出现堆积、聚集的情况;枸橼酸钠抗凝未发现血小板出现聚集、堆积状况;EDTA组观血沉、IgG、IgM检测结果明显高于健康者(P<0.05)。结论EDTA致使血小板减少的病理机制到目前为止不是很清晰,因而临床检验人员对EDTA依赖性假性血小板减少症的鉴定显得尤为重要,避免出现误诊、误治现象的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical factors related to EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,we selected 37 cases of EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia in our hospital,and 37 cases of healthy physical examination.The results of EDTA anticoagulant instrument test were recorded.Sodium anticoagulant instrument test results,EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia patients and healthy people with erythrocyte sedimentation rate and immunoglobulin.Results EDTA anticoagulant samples detected platelet accumulation and aggregation;platelet anticoagulation did not find platelet aggregation and accumulation;EDTA group observed erythrocyte sedimentation,IgG,IgM test results were significantly higher than healthy(P<0.05).Conclusion The pathological mechanism of EDTA-induced thrombocytopenia is not very clear so far,so it is particularly important for clinical examiners to identify EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
