基层医院院内感染监测系统设计及应用

摘　　要：目的通过构建医院感染监测系统自动调取客观的医院感染监测指标数据,及时了解医院感染防控的情况,提高医院感染防控工作的效率。方法架设服务器从HIS、PACS、LIS、手麻系统、ICU监测系统等业务系统收集数据,经过规范化的逻辑处理生成医院感染监测所需数据,结合用户使用需求构建医院感染监测系统。结果通过建立医院感染监测系统,能高效获取医院感染监测数据,通过监控过程数据及时评估风险因素,及早发现疑似医院感染聚集事件,快速完成各种统计类的医院感染数据管理工作。结论基层医院院内感染监测系统可以将医院感染监测工作信息化、规范化,及时处理医院感染潜在风险,减轻医院感染防控专职人员的日常数据处理工作压力,提高医院感染管理工作效率。Objective By constructing a nosocomial infection monitoring system,it collects objective nosocomial infection monitoring index data automatically.Improve the efficiency of nosocomial infection prevention and control.Methods The server was set up to collect data from subsystems such as HIS,PACS,LIS,Surgery and Anesthesia System,and ICU Monitoring System.The data required for nosocomial infection monitoring was generated through standardized logic processing.Results By establishing a nosocomial infection monitoring system,data can be efficiently obtained,risk factors can be assessed in time by monitoring process data,and suspected outbreaks can be detected earlier and complete various reporting quickly.Conclusion The nosocomial infection monitoring system in primary hospitals can make the nosocomial infection monitoring work informatize and standardize,timely processing the potential risks of nosocomial infection.Reduce the daily data processing pressure of nosocomial infection management officer and make the work more efficient.
