摘　　要：通过对1例儿童实体瘤患儿PICC导管滴注化疗药物外渗的观察,逐一分析外渗发生的原因,加强PICC导管置入与维护的管理,进行置管前对患儿全身及局部血管状况的充分评估,合理选择型号适宜的导管;置管过程中合理选择穿刺部位,提高穿刺技术、减少反复穿刺与送管造成的血管壁损伤;采取积极措施预防和处理并发症,使其得到有效控制与缓解,起到减轻患儿痛苦,延长导管使用寿命的作用。Based on a case of a solid tumor in children with PICC catheter drip store effective permeability of observation.The author analyzes the reasons of leakage occurred one by one.We should strengthen the management of PICC catheter placement and maintenance,fully assessed children with systemic and local vascular conditions before insertion,choice catheter model reasonably.Selecte the catheter puncture position suitably,improve the puncture technology,reduce puncture repeatedly to avoid vessel wall damage.Take positive measures to prevent and deal with complication to effectively control and its ease,to lessen pain children and prolonging the service life of the catheter.
