摘  要:3#烧结机自1996年投产至2004年一直生产酸性小球烧结矿,2004年开始改烧生产高碱度烧结矿,2018年根据公司生产经营需要,考虑高碱度烧结矿产能富余,要求3#烧结机生产酸性烧结矿,生产酸性小球烧结矿需对3#烧结机部分设备设施进行改造,且酸性小球烧结矿与高碱度烧结矿的原料要求、混合料粒度差异、氧化还原机理、熔融固结形式、适宜的生产参数均差异较大,通过设备设施改造,理论上可以实现酸性矿生产,但是有必要通过工业试验进行验证,并且对生产期间基本顺行进行技术攻关,确保满足高炉对酸性小球烧结矿的需求。Acid pellet sintered ore has been produced in No.3 sintering machine since 1996 and high alkalinity sintered ore was produced in No.3 sintering machine in 2004.According to the company's production and operation requirements in 2018,considering the excess capacity of high-basicity sintered ore,acidic sintered ore is required to produce in No.3 sintering machine.To produce acid sintered ore,some equipment and facilities of No.3 sintering machine need to be transformed.In addition,there is a big difference for acidic pellets and high alkalinity sinters in the raw material requirements,the particle size difference of the mixture,the oxidation reduction mechanism,the form of melt consolidation and suitable production parameters.Through the renovation of equipment and facilities,the production of acid ore can be realized in theory,but it is necessary to verify through industrial tests,and carry out technical research on the basic progress during production to ensure that the blast furnace's demand for acid pellets is met.
