摘　　要：酒钢选烧厂一选工序4#系列一段磨矿分级作业溢流泵浆体输送过程中经常发生出口管道“灌肠”,影响生产连续性,通过压力输送水力计算和分析,查找到问题的根源并提出了解决方案,实现了生产稳定顺行。In the slurry transportation of overflow pump in the first stage grinding and grading operation in JISCO sintering plant,the exit pipeline“enema”often occurs,which affects the continuity of production.Through hydraulic calculation and analysis of pressure transportation,the cause of the problem is found and the solution is put forward to realize the stable and smooth production.
