摘  要:介绍了500 kV长龙Ⅱ线地线悬垂线夹挂轴磨损情况,采用了宏观检验、金相检测及硬度检测方式对地线悬垂线夹材质进行试验对比,确定了磨损原因是由线夹挂轴和挂板硬度不匹配造成的,并提出了相应的预防措施。The wear conditions of the 500 kV Changlong Ⅱ transmission line grounding suspension wire clip shaft are introduced, the macro examination, metallographic examination and hardness examination methods are adopted carry out the comparative tests on materials of grounding wire suspension clamp. It is determined that the wear is caused by the hardness mismatch between the wire clip shaft and the hanging plate, the corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
