河南省旅游经济-生态环境-交通运输的耦合协调分析

摘　　要：引入三次耦合协调模型,在构建河南省旅游经济、生态环境、交通运输三大系统指标体系的基础上,采用计量方法计算其发展指数和耦合协调度,对河南省2000—2015年的旅游经济-生态环境-交通运输的耦合协调水平进行综合实证分析。结果表明,河南省近十五年旅游经济、生态环境、交通运输的发展指数总体呈上升趋势;三大系统耦合协调水平逐渐提高,已从最初的轻度失调阶段逐渐过渡到初级耦合、中级耦合、良好耦合直至目前的优质耦合协调水平阶段;2000—2012年河南省交通运输发展和旅游经济发展处于相对滞后状态,2012年以后旅游经济和交通运输逐渐发展起来,并有超越生态环境的趋势,如果不及时调整旅游结构,生态环境持续低于旅游经济的发展水平可能会造成旅游经济的不健康发展。Index systems of tourism economy,ecological environment and transportation in Henan province were constructed,and three coupling coordination models were introduced,to make a comprehensive and empirical analysis of the level of coupling and coordination of the tourism economy,ecological environment and transportation in Henan province from 2000 to 2015 by calculating their development index and level of coupling coordination.The results showed that the development index of tourism economy,ecological environment and transportation in Henan province had been on the rise in the past 15 years;the coupling and coordination level of the three major systems had gradually been improving,which had transited from the initial stage of slight imbalance to primary coupling,intermediate coupling,good coupling till the current level of high-quality coupling and coordination;the development of transportation and tourism economy from 2000 to 2012 in Henan province was relatively backward,but after 2012,tourism economy and transportation has been gradually developing,and tends to surpass the ecological environment.If the tourism structure is not adjusted in time,if the level of ecological environment keeps lower than that of the development of tourism economy,the only result will be unhealthy development of the tourism economy.
