国防院校专业实习校企联合模式的探索研究

摘　　要：国防科研人才培养过程中航空报国信念及科研责任心的树立是首要的。在专业实习中核心实践内容、有深层次触动的专业实践环节对国防专才的培养有切实推动作用。该文首先介绍国防高等院校专业实习重要性、特殊性;其次结合实际阐述保密在国防院校实习的重要性及相应策略;最后分析目前实习中存在的问题,与实习单位总结多年实习中存在的问题,探讨出切实可行的解决方案。该校企联合模式可以更好地为国防单位技术人才做储备,对新工科建设有深远意义。The training of national defense scientific research personnel is very important for the aviation belief in the country and the cultivation of scientific research responsibility.In the professional internship,the actual content and the deep-seated professional practice arrangements can effectively promote the training of national defense professionals.This paper first introduces the importance and particularity of professional internships in national defense colleges and universities.Secondly,it combines the practical explanation of the importance of confidentiality in the internship,analyzes the existing problems in the internship,and combines the school and enterprise to explore and practice for many years to give an executable solution.The school-enterprise joint model can better reserve the technical personnel of the national defense unit and has far-reaching significance for the construction of new engineering.
