摘  要:针对烟台大沽夹河下游水体溶解氧、pH值偏髙的现象.通过2019年1月7~11日连续5天在6个点取样,对水样中的溶解氧、pH值和叶绿素a进行测定和数据分析。测定结果显示,溶解氧浓度范围在13.12-19.14 mg/L之间;pH值范围8.88-9.79之间;叶绿素a浓度范围在25.0-68.33 mg/m^3之间。结果分析表明,溶解氧、pH值、叶绿素a呈正相关,其浓度向上游方向递减;同时证实藻类光合作用是导致溶解氧过饱和及pH值偏高的主要原因。In view of the high dissolved oxygen and high pH value of the water in the lower reaches of the Yantai Dagujia River,dissolved oxygen,pH and chl-a were measured by sampling at 6 points for 5 consecutive days from January 7 to 11,2019.The results showed that the values of dissolved oxygen,pH and chl-a ranged from 13.12 to 19.14 mg/L,8.88 to 9.79 and 25.0 to 68.33 mg/m^3,respectively.Dissolved oxygen,pH value,and chl-a were positively correlated,and their concentrations decreased from downstream to upstream in the river basin.It was also confirmed that the synthesis of chl-a was the main cause of the dissolved oxygen supersaturation and high pH.
