摘 要:为开展徐光宪故居外墙材料保护研究,对外墙剥落的样品进行矿物成分测试,根据成分测试与分析结论,结合外墙病害勘察结果,选择硅酸乙酯和微-纳米石灰作为加固材料,在冻融循环条件下研究砖块的色差和硬度2个主要质量指标。结果显示,在冻融循环条件下,2种加固材料对该外墙砖块感观影响均较小,硅酸乙酯(KSEOH30)材料加固徐光宪故居外墙砖块的效果要优于微-纳米石灰NML-010材料。In order to carry out material protection research on the outer wall of Xu Guangxian's former residence,the samples of the external wall peeling were tested for mineral composition.According to the composition test and analysis conclusion,combined with the results of the external wall disease investigation,ethyl silicate and micro-nano lime were selected as the reinforcing material of the screening test.Under the freeze-thaw cycle of bricks,study the two main quality indicators of color difference and hardness.The results show that the two reinforcing materials have little influence on the external wall of Xu Guangxian's former residence bricks.The effect of ethyl silicate KSEOH30 on the outer wall bricks of Xu Guangxian's former residence is better than that of micro-nano lime NML-010 material.
