摘  要:探讨了将铁尾矿砂作为制备保温隔热复合材料原料的可行性,其核心技术是先将铁尾矿砂微纳米化,再掺混SiO2气凝胶并添加少量粘合剂和玻璃纤维等制成性能优良的微纳孔保温隔热材料。通过正交试验得到保温性能最优状态下的各因素配方;研究了微纳米化对基体材料性能的改善状况及不同掺量气凝胶对基体材料性能的影响;通过扫描电镜观察了复合材料内部各成分在基质中的存在状态,微观结构显示气凝胶形态保持完好。The feasibility of using iron tailings as raw material to prepare thermal insulation composites was discussed.The core technical method was that the iron tailings was micro-nanosized,then mixed with SiO2 aerogel and a small amount of binding agents and glass fibers and other auxiliaries were added to form the micro-nanoporous thermal insulation material with excellent properties.By the orthogonal experiment,the formula of each factor with the optimal thermal insulation performance of composite materials was obtained.The improvement of micro-nanosize on the properties of the matrix material and the influence of aerogels with different contents on the properties of the matrix material were studied.The existence of each component in the matrix material was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The microstructure showed that the aerogel morphology remained intact.
