摘 要:通过分析浙江省某垃圾填埋场垃圾填埋量及填埋垃圾的成分,建立垃圾填埋气产量预测模型,通过垃圾填埋气收集及成分分析,研究该填埋场垃圾填埋气产生主要影响因素,对垃圾填埋气产量及收集量进行预测,2024年垃圾填埋气预测产量最大值达到9.31464×107 m3/a,2028年垃圾填埋气预测产量下降至5160.94 m3/a。结合该填埋场概况,提出一套垃圾填埋气发电工艺方案,包括垃圾填埋气预处理工艺设计、发电系统设计及燃烧火炬系统设计。考虑垃圾产沼能力衰减性及垃圾处置方式逐渐转变为焚烧发电,填埋场二期预测实际发电机组装机容量为6台,功率达6600 kW,燃烧火炬系统工作规模为1500~3000 m3/h。By analyzing the amount and composition of landfill waste in a landfill site in Zhejiang province,the landfill gas production prediction model was established.Through the collection and composition analysis of landfill gas,the main influencing factors of landfill gas production in the landfill were studied,and the amount of production and collection of landfill gas were predicted.The landfill gas predicted production could reached a maximum of 9.31464×107 m3/a in 2024,and then it would fell to 5160.94 m3/a in 2028.Combined with the overview of the landfill,a set of landfill gas power generation process was proposed,including the design of landfill gas pretreatment process,power generation system and combustion torch system.Considering the attenuation of the capacity of waste biogas production and the waste disposal mode gradually changed to incineration power generation,the installed capacity of actual generator set in the second phase of the landfill was predicted to be 6 sets,the power up to 6600 kW,the working scale of the combustion torch system was 1500~3000 m3/h.
