摘 要:针对宁波市奉化区张家岙填埋场渗滤液处理站原系统进行提标改造,新增1条罐体形式的生化系统生产线,更换一期、二期生产线设备,提高处理能力。采用“MBR(两级硝化反硝化+外置式超滤)+纳滤+反渗透”处理工艺,使最终出水水质稳定达到GB 16889—2008生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准表2排放要求。在偏老龄垃圾填埋场渗滤液的处理中,碳源费和电费是此类型渗滤液处置过程中主要运行成本。The original system of Zhangjia'ao landfill leachate treatment station in Fenghua District,Ningbo city was upgraded and reconstructed.A biochemical system production line in the form of tank was newly added,and the equipment from the production line of phase I and phaseⅡwere replaced to improve the treatment ability.The treatment process of MBR(two-stage nitrification and denitrification+external ultrafiltration)+NF+RO was adopted,which could make the final effluent quality steadily met the requirements in table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889—2008).In the treatment of leachate in the elderly landfill,carbon source charge and electricity charge were the main operating costs in the treatment process of this type of leachate.
