摘　　要：通过总结战略性新兴产业集群的主要特征,界定了战略性新兴产业集群协同创新能力的内涵,从主体创新能力、资源共享能力和环境支撑能力三个方面分析了战略性新兴产业集群协同创新能力的构成要素,并在此基础上提出包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和33个三级指标的评价指标体系,为科学合理评价战略性新兴产业集群协同创新能力提供参考依据。By summarizing the main characteristics of strategic emerging industrial clusters,defining the connotation of collaborative innovation ability of strategic emerging industrial clusters,analyzing the constituent elements of collaborative innovation ability of strategic emerging industrial clusters from three aspects:main body innovation ability,resource sharing ability and environmental support ability.
