乳化体系在沐浴产品中的应用及其对产品清洁能力和保湿效果的影响

摘　　要：通过将优选工艺制备的乳化体系应用于沐浴产品配方中,比较在沐浴露配方中加入乳化体系前后,产品在性状上的差别,分别制得"超润沐浴乳CR"与"保湿沐浴露BS"样品,两款样品稳定性均能通过考察。进一步对含有该乳化体系的沐浴产品"超润沐浴乳CR"去污力和保湿性能进行测试,结果表明该乳化体系对表活体系的清洁力影响不大,且"超润沐浴乳CR"产品的清洁能力远远高于市售知名品牌同类参考产品;在保湿能力方面,含有该乳化体系的沐浴产品大大优于不含乳化体系的沐浴产品,且达到与市售知名品牌同类产品接近的保湿能力。Through comparing the differences of the properties of shower gel products before and after emulsifying system added,the"Super moisturizing CR"and"Moisturizing BS"shower gel samples were prepared by using the emulsion system obtained under optimal process.Both samples passed stability tests.By further determining the detergency and moisturizing performance of bath product"Super moisturizing CR"which containing the emulsifying system,it was showed that the detergency of the emulsion system had little effect on the surfactant systems,and the detergency of the"Super moisturizing CR"was much higher than that of the well-known brand similar products on the market.On moisturizing capabilities,it was clear that the shower gel with the emulsion system was much better than the products without the emulsion system,and it was close to the similar reference products on the market.
