摘　　要：习近平青年教育观系统地回答了青年为什么成才、成什么才和怎样成才等根本性问题,是我党在新的历史条件下对青年成长与发展的科学论述。新时代,青年是祖国的未来和民族的希望,是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,是构建人类命运共同体的生力军。要对青年加强理想信念、核心价值观、优秀传统文化、爱国情怀、创新能力和奋斗精神教育。青年成长必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑,必须练就过硬的专业本领,必须走与实践相结合的道路,全社会必须营造青年成长的良好氛围。Xi Jinping’s view of the youth education answers the fundamental the questions of why, what and how to be the useful materials which are the scientific saying in the new historical conditions. In the new time the youth in China is the future and the hope of our motherland and the successors and builders of the socialist construction. And the main force for building the human destiny community. It is to strengthen the socialist education of the faith, the core value education, the excellent traditional culture, the patriot and the innovative competence spirit.To be growth of the youth must arm their heads with the thought of Xi Jinping ideas of Chinese characteristics to learn useful knowledge and to take the road of combination of practice. The whole society must create the good atmosphere for the growth of the youth.
