摘  要:文章根据电梯装配应用要求,以端硅烷基聚醚为基础聚合物,制备了单组分湿固化端硅烷基聚醚密封胶(下文简称MS密封胶),对其挤出性、固化速度、粘接强度进行了试验研究,结果表明:电梯加强筋的装配中,MS密封胶的挤出性为40~50(s/20g)较为适宜,气温高低将影响MS密封胶的挤出性;作为增塑剂,由于聚醚多元醇具有一定吸湿性,较邻苯二甲酸酯类制备得到的MS密封胶固化速度快,但耐湿热老化性较差;炭黑M880对MS密封胶起到良好的补强效果,用量在40份时拉伸剪切强度达到3.5MPa;KH-792与ALink 597作为偶联剂搭配使用时,MS密封胶对电梯金属板材的粘接效果较好。According to application requirements of elevator assembly,A one-component moisture-cured end-type silane-based polyether sealant(hereinafter referred to as MS sealant)was prepared,and its extruding properties,curing speed,and adhesive strength were experimentally studied.The results show that in the assembly of elevator ribs,it is more suitable for the MS sealant to have a extrudability of 40-50(s/20 g).The temperature will affect the extrudability of MS sealant,and the temperature will affect the extrudability of the MS sealant.Because of a certain hygroscopicity,the MS sealant prepared by polyether polyols as a plasticizer had faster curing speed compared with phthalate.However,the resistance to heat and humidity aging was worse.Carbon black M880 had a good reinforcing effect on MS sealant,and the tensile shear strength came up to 3.5 MPa with 40 portions of carbon black amount.When KH-792 and Alink 597 were used together as coupling agents,MS sealant has a better bonding effect on elevator metal plates.
