摘 要:基于工厂、车间、制造、生产设备层级机械制造系统的碳排放源与碳流率,构建碳排放动态特性模型,以碳流特性与碳排放在生产扰动的动态响应为基础,提出机械制造系统碳排放动态特性表征方式,面向各个层级机械制造系统空间与时域差异性,构建碳效率评估指标。以齿轮制造车间碳排放为例对动态特性参考模型进行了实践验证,结果表明此方法具备一定有效性与可靠性,值得机械制造系统广泛应用。Based on the carbon emission source and carbon flow rate of mechanical manufacturing system at factory,workshop,manufacturing and production equipment level,the dynamic characteristic model of carbon emission is constructed.Based on the dynamic response of carbon flow characteristics and carbon emission in production disturbance,the characterization method of dynamic characteristics of carbon emission in mechanical manufacturing system is put forward,and the evaluation index of carbon efficiency is constructed for the spatial and time domain differences of each level of mechanical manufacturing system.Taking the carbon emission from gear manufacturing workshop as an example,the dynamic characteristic reference model is verified by practice.The results show that this method has certain effectiveness and reliability,and is worthy of wide application in mechanical manufacturing system.
