摘  要:近些年,集装箱港口危险品堆存量及运输量正逐年提升,而限制集装箱码头危险品堆场区内的集卡行驶车速也成为必要的安全措施之一。因此,文章针对危险品码头的车辆测速提出了一套基于视频分析的低成本解决方案。该方法主要通过安装在危险品堆场车道旁边的摄像机获取集卡视频流图像序列,然后对其特征点进行匹配,分析集卡在抓拍间隔内位移的像素差,最后将位移像素差通过坐标系转换实现实时精确测量地测量通过集卡的车速。现场测试表明,该系统具有较高的检测实时性和测速精度。此外,本车辆测速系统融合于危险品三维仿真系统中,将车辆速度实时可视化显示,更利于管理监督。In recent years,the storage and transportation volume of dangerous goods in container ports are increasing year by year,and restricting the speed of truck in dangerous goods yard area of container terminals has become one of the necessary safety measures.Therefore,this paper proposes a low-cost solution based on video analysis for vehicle speed measurement in dangerous goods terminal.This method mainly uses the camera installed near the lane of the dangerous goods yard to obtain the video sequence of the set card video stream,,and then the feature points are matched to analyze the pixel difference of the displacement of the cluster card within the capture interval.Finally,the displacement pixel difference is transformed into coordinate system to realize real-time and accurate measurement of the vehicle speed through the cluster card.Field tests show that the system has high real-time detection and speed measurement accuracy.In addition,the vehicle speed measurement system is integrated into the three-dimensional simulation system of dangerous goods,and real-time visualization of vehicle speed is more conducive to management and supervision.
