热熔粘合衬布在纸质文物档案修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：传统的纸质文物档案修复技术,选用的修复材料恢复性能差,导致修复后的纸质文物档案使用寿命偏短,因此分析热熔粘合衬布在纸质文物档案修复中的应用效果。该修复方法通过设置损伤边缘划分曲线,提取纸质文物档案的损伤截面;测试热熔粘合衬布的拉伸性、压缩性和摩擦性,选用恢复性更好的衬布设置修补尺寸;计算热熔粘合衬布与纸质文物档案的融合温度,计算两种材料的融合时间,贴合热熔粘合衬布,实现对破损纸质档案的修复。实验测试表明:与传统的修复材料相比,热熔粘合衬布的恢复性能更强,修复后的文档纸张更具有韧性。由此可见,热熔粘合衬布修复后的纸质文物档案,其存放寿命更长。The traditional paper cultural relic archival restoration technology,the selected restoration materials have poor recovery performance,resulti ng i n a short service life of the restored paper cultural relic archives.Therefore,the application effect of hot-melt adhesive padding cloth in the restoration of paper cultural relic archives is analyzed.This repair method extracts the damaged cross section of the paper cultural relic file by setti ng the damage edge division curve;test the stretchability,compressive,and friction properties of the hot-melt adhesive padding cloth,select a more recoverable interlining to set the repair size;calculate the fusion temperature of the hot-melt adhesive paddi ngcloth and the paper cultural relic archives,the fusion time of the two materials is calculated,and the hot-melt adhesive padding cloth is applied torealize the repair of the damaged paperarchive.Experimental tests show thatcompared with traditional repairmaterials,hotmelt adhesive padding cloth have stronger recovery performance,and the repaired document paperis more resilient.It can be seen that the repai red papercultural relic archives ofhot-melt adhesive paddingcloth havea longerstorage life.
