摘　　要：酚醛地板具有良好的防火等优点,轨道客车通过粘接的方式将酚醛地板与车体进行连接。针对其粘接工艺进行分析,酚醛地板在粘接时,对于胶粘剂的选择、胶量控制、施工环境温度、粘接胶操作时间将直接影响地板粘接质量。通过试验验证优化各阶段的参数,有效保证产品实物质量。The phenolic resin floor has good fireproof property as well,and so on.The phenolic resin floor is bonding with the car body of the metro.This paper mainly elaborates the adhesive bonding technology of the Phenolic resin floor using for metro.It aims at the temperature,the kind of glue,dosage of glue and construction time of bonding.These factors affect the quality of bonding the phenolic resin floor. The paper shows the perfect technological parameters after the experiment,used to ensuring quality.
