摘  要:采用简便的超声分散方法提高了氧化石墨烯(GO)在环氧树脂基体(EP)中的分散性,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射仪(Xrd)表征了GO的成分,使用原子力显微镜(AFM)表征了GO的分散性,最后研究了GO含量对GO/EP复合材料力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了GO的增强机理。结果表明:使用超声波探头可以将GO均匀分散在丙酮溶剂中,浓度可达2mg/mL。当GO含量为0.3wt%时,GO/EP复合材料的力学性能最佳,其中拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为71.24MPa和19.64kJ/m^2,分别提高了108%和151%。主要的增强机理是由于GO与环氧树脂基体中良好的粘结强度,使得GO可以承受更多的作用力,并从EP基体中传导,起到很好的吸收能量和分散力的作用。The dispersion of graphene oxide(GO)in epoxy resin matrix(EP)was improved by a simple ultrasonic dispersion method.The composition of GO was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffraction(Xrd).The dispersion of GO was characterized by Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM).Finally,the effect of GO content on the mechanical properties of studied GO/EP composite was studied and the strengthening mechanism of GO was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that GO can be uniformly dispersed in acetone solvent with a concentration of 2 mg/mL by ultrasonic probe.When GO content is 0.3 wt%,the mechanical properties of GO/EP composites are the best.The tensile strength and impact strength are 71.24 MPa and 19.64 kJ/m^2,respectively,which are increased by 108% and 151%.The main strengthening mechanism can be attributed to the excellent bonding strength between GO and epoxy resin matrix,so that GO can withstand more forces and conduct them from EP matrix,which plays a good role in absorbing energy and dispersing force.
