摘 要:针对混凝土搅拌过程中渗入的大量气泡给混凝土带来的影响,提出在混凝土中添加适量的外加剂的方式来减少这种渗入气泡带来的影响。对此,以烷基苯磺酸盐类引气剂和皂甙类引气剂为例,分别在混凝土中掺入上述的引气剂,并结合混凝土气泡参数特征,对比上述两种外加剂对混凝土抗折、抗压和气泡分布等的影响。结果表明,在添加外加剂后,混凝土抗压强度降低,但抗折强度不变,同时掺入引气剂后,在一定的引气剂含量下,混凝土气泡稳定分布,并呈现出稳定的气泡直径,从而减少了传统气泡溢出给混凝土施工带来的影响。In view of the influence of a large number of air bubbles in the process of concrete mixing on the concrete,this paper proposes to add an appropriate amount of admixture in the concrete to reduce the impact of such air bubbles. For this reason,taking alkylbenzene sulfonate air-entraining agent and saponin air-entraining agent as examples,the above-mentioned air entraining agents are respectively added into the concrete,and the effects of the above-mentioned two additives on the bending resistance,compression resistance and bubble distribution of the concrete are compared in combination with the bubble parameter characteristics of the concrete.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete decreases,but the flexural strength remains unchanged after adding the admixture.At the same time,with a certain content of air entraining agent,the bubble distribution in concrete is stable and presents a stable bubble diameter,thus reducing the impact of traditional bubble overflow on concrete construction.
