摘 要:基于BMA(甲基丙烯酸丁酯)、HFBMA(甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯)与AA(烯丙基胺)作为单体,生成BMA微球与HFBMA微球,以其为大分子引发剂与交联剂,制备微球交联复合水凝胶,即BMA-H凝胶、HFBMA-H凝胶。采用差示扫描量热仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜多元化技术方式,对凝胶结构与性能进行详细分析。得出结论,HFBMA-H凝胶机械性能良好,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率相对较高;HFBMA-H凝胶非冻结水质量分数相对较高,其增塑作用可显著提高凝胶的机械强度。Based on BMA(butyl methacrylate),HFBMA(hexafluorobutyl methacrylate)and AA(allylamine)as monomers,BMA microspheres and HFBMA microspheres are generated to be a macromolecular initiator and a cross-linking agent to prepare the microsphere cross-linked composite hydrogel,namely,the BMA-H gel and the HFBMA-H gel.The gel structure and properties were analyzed in detail by means of differential scanning calorimeter,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and transmission electron microscope.It is concluded that the mechanical properties of the HFBMA-H gel are good,the tensile strength and the elongation at break are relatively high,and the non-freezing water mass fraction of the HFBMA-H gel is relatively high,and the mechanical strength of the gel can be obviously improved.
