摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎已在世界范围内大流行,并有可能与人类长期共存,但目前尚无有效抗新型冠状病毒的药物。氯喹和羟氯喹老药新用对新型冠状病毒具有一定疗效,但氯喹和羟氯喹均存在一定心脏毒副作用。本文主要综述了氯喹和羟氯喹在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗中的临床研究进展、药物特点、心脏毒副作用及其相关机制,以期为提高临床对氯喹和羟氯喹的认识及长期、大范围使用提供参考。COVID-19 has become a worldwide epidemic at present,which may last for a long time with human beings,however there is no effective drugs for COVID-19 so far.Existing drugs,chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are repurposed for new indication for COVID-19 and have some positive effects,but there is cardiotoxicity in clinical application of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine.This paper mainly reviewed the clinical research progress in treating COVID-19,characteristics,cardiotoxicity and related mechanisms of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine,in order to provide a reference for the understanding,long-term and large-scale use of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine on clinic.
