摘 要:为探究添加重稀土的E36高强船板钢的焊接工艺,本文采用自动埋弧焊工艺进行焊接试验,对焊接接头各部位及焊接热影响区进行拉力、弯曲、低温冲击、硬度及金相试验,分析重稀土对E36钢焊接接头各部位及焊接热影响区组织和性能的影响。结果显示:重稀土E36钢焊接性能优良,-40℃时热影响区冲击功为165 J,室温拉伸屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率及弯曲均合格;焊接热输入为70.6 kJ/cm时,过热区没有出现明显晶粒长大,晶粒尺寸细小均匀,避免了HSLA钢在焊接时过热区通常出现的粗晶脆化现象。根据试验结果,得出推荐的重稀土E36钢焊接工艺,为实际焊接生产提供了技术参考。In order to explore the welding process of E36 high strength ship plate steel with heavy rare earth added,the automatic submerged arc welding process was adopted to conduct welding tests,and tensile,bending,low-temperature impact,hardness and metallographic tests were conducted on all parts of the welding joint and welding heat affected zone,and the influence of heavy rare earth on the structures and properties of all parts of the welding joint and welding heat affected zone of E36 steel were influenced in this paper.The results show that the welding performance of E36 steel with heavy rare earth added is excellent,the impact energy of heat affected zone is 165 J at -40℃,and the tensile yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and bending are all qualified at room temperature.What’s more,when the welding heat input is 70.6 kJ/cm,there is no obvious grain growth in the overheated zone,and the grain size is fine and uniform,which avoids the coarse-grained embrittlement that usually occurs in the overheated area of HSLA steel during welding.According to the test results,the recommended welding process of E36 steel with heavy rare earth added is obtained,which provides a technical reference for the actual welding production.
