摘　　要：针对高氧搪瓷钢在用户搪瓷过程中经常出现的鳞爆、密着不良、针孔等致命问题,从理论研究入手,结合相关生产试验及用户使用检测结果,从冶炼成分的设计、炼钢工艺的研究、热轧开轧温度、终轧温度及卷取温度的研究、冷轧压下率等生产制造过程中各项关键工艺参数的研究,得到表面粗糙度范围稳定、夹杂物数及尺寸一定的金相组织、晶粒度、C、N、O成份范围一定的高氧搪瓷钢产品,最终解决了其在使用过程中频繁出现鳞爆、密着不良、针孔等问题。There are some fatal problems that often appeared in the process of using highoxygen enamel steel,such as fish scale,the poor adhesion,porosity and so on.To solve these problems,high oxygen enamel steel products were obtained from the perspective of theoretical research,combining the relevant production tests and user test results.By studying the design of the smelting composition,the steelmaking technology,the hot and initial rolling temperature,the finishing rolling and coiling temperature,cold rolling reduction and other key process parameters in the manufacturing process,high oxygen enamel steel products with stable range of roughness,a certain number of inclusions and a certain size of the metallurgical structure,grain size,and C,N,and O were obtained in this paper.
