摘　　要：用户在使用新钢酸洗板SPHC-S钢生产机油滤芯盖的过程中,出现批量开裂,开裂处位于凸起部位的顶端。对开裂处进行化学成分、金相、电镜分析,结果表明开裂原因主要是晶粒不均匀造成。In the process of using the pickling plate SPHC-S of Xin steel to produce the oil filter cover,users found problem of the batch cracking,which was located at the top of the convex part.The chemical composition,metallographic and electron microscopic analysis of the cracks showed that the main cause of cracks was the inhomogeneous grain size.
