摘 要:为减少游艇上柴油机产生的振动,以某型艇用柴油机为研究对象,建立了柴油机的三维几何模型和有限元模型,并进行有限元模态分析和实验模态分析。通过对有限元模型进行模态计算获得柴油机振动系统的固有频率和主振型,并与实验模态分析结果进行对比。研究结果表明,前3阶的计算模态频率和实验模态频率的相对误差在3.02%以内,表明计算模型及方法的选择是准确的。In order to analyze the vibration response of a diesel engine,taking a certain type of marine diesel engine as the research object,a three-dimensional geometric model and a finite element model of the diesel engine were established,and a finite element modal analysis and an experimental modal analysis were performed.The natural frequency and main vibration mode of the diesel engine vibration system were obtained through modal calculation of the finite element model,and are compared with experimental modal analysis result.The results show that the relative error between the first three order calculated modal frequencies and the test modal frequencies is within 3.02%,which indicates that the calculated modal analysis results of this type of marine diesel engine are effective.
