基于公共空间与公共生活调研的旧城社区有机更新研究——以厦门市厦港旧城片区为例

摘　　要：采用PSPL调研法,对厦门市厦港旧城片区进行公共空间与公共生活调研评价,探索旧城公共空间的活力营造方法及旧城社区有机更新策略。分析结果表明,受访者对公共空间的愉悦性和文化性满意度较高,对于防护性和舒适性期望值较高,公共空间品质提升应侧重考虑平日的中老年人、假日青少年对公共空间的使用需求和心理需求,以及儿童友好度的改善。本文针对现状,从优化空间层次、丰富居民生活、营建场所文化、构建多维绿化四方面提出更新策略建议。By using the method of PSPL investigation and evaluation,this paper investigates and evaluates the public space and public life in the old city area of Xiamen,and explores the methods of creating the vitality of the public space in the old city and the strategic suggestions for the organic renewal of the community in the old city.The results show that the respondents have higher satisfaction with the pleasantness and culture of the public space,and higher expectation for the protection and comfort.The quality improvement of public space should pay more attention to the using and psychological needs of the middle-aged,the elderly and the young on holidays,as well as the friendliness to the children.In view of the current situation,this paper puts forward the renewal strategy from four aspects:optimizing the spatial level,enriching the residents’life,constructing the place culture,and constructing the multi-dimensional greening.
