摘　　要：在国土空间规划编制的背景下,城镇化发展中的建设用地控制是我国众多城市亟待解决的核心问题之一。面对城市增长边界划定的政策导向和近些年来城市建设用地扩张表现出的新特征,本文首先回顾了城市用地增长的速度、方向、方式、边界形态和合理性这五个维度,衡量指标的时间演变过程,接着建构了城市用地增长特征的衡量指标体系,评定了不同指标对应方法的空间适用范围。以此指导综合评价城市用地增长的特征,重建可持续增长路径,实现土地集约化高质量发展。Under the background of land spatial planning,the control of construction land in urbanization development is one of the core problems to be solved.In the face of the policy guidance of the urban growth boundary delimitation and the new characteristics of the urban construction land expansion in recent years,firstly,the paper reviews the time evolution process of the five dimensions of urban land growth rate,direction,method,boundary form and rationality.Then it constructs the index system of urban land growth characteristics,and evaluates the scope of spatial application of the corresponding methods.The processes is to guide the comprehensive evaluation of urban land growth characteristics,rebuild the sustainable growth path and realize the land intensive efficient development.
