摘 要:铁路客运车站作为实现综合交通线路一体化的重要节点,既是铁路旅客运输的基石,也是客运生产的信息源。随着大数据、人工智能等新技术的发展以及客运车站业务优化需求的激增,发展铁路智能客运车站将是大势所趋。本文基于对铁路智能旅客车站的研究和应用,提出了智能车站“一个核心,三大领域”的系统构成,并从出行服务、生产组织、安全保障三个方面分析了客运车站智能化的主要业务功能,展望未来智能车站系统的发展趋势,以期对铁路智能车站的建设提供参考。The railway passenger stations play an important role to realize the integration of comprehensive traffic line network,which is not only the cornerstone of railway passenger transport,but also the information source of passenger transport production.With the development of such new technologies as big data and artificial intelligence,and the surge in demand for service optimization of railway stations,the development of intelligent railway passenger stations will be the general trend.Based on the research and application of the intelligent railway passenger station,the paper puts forward the system composition of“one core,three fields”of the intelligent station,and analyzes the main intelligent service functions of passenger station from three aspects of the travel service,production organization and safety assurance,and looks forward to the future development trend of intelligent station system,in order to provide reference for the design and construction of intelligent railway station.
