摘 要:以清洁能源为主的异步送端电网频率稳定问题较为严重。为研究异步送端电网频率峰值变化机理,进一步提升频率质量、优化调频资源的分配,本文提出了一种清洁能源主导调频系统频率峰值及峰值时间的简化计算模型,该模型主要包括水电调速器主导调频模型及直流频率限制器(Frequency Limit Controller,FLC)主导调频模型。大系统的时域仿真结果表明了该模型的可靠性和准确性。本文还进一步探究了风电等新能源参与调频的可行性并评估了在不同季节下风电参与调频对频率质量的改善情况。The frequency stability problem of the asynchronous grid based on clean energy generation is more serious.In order to study the mechanism of peak frequency in asynchronous grid,further improve the frequency quality and optimize the allocation of frequency adjustment resources,this paper proposes a simplified calculation model of the frequency peak and peak time of the asynchronous grid based on clean energy generation,which mainly includes the hydroelectric governor dominated model and the DC frequency limit controller(FLC)dominated model.The time domain simulation results of large grid show the reliability and accuracy of the model.This paper further explores the feasibility of new energy sources such as wind power participating in frequency adjustment and evaluates the improvement of frequency quality by wind power in different seasons.
