南方牡丹嫁接和分株繁殖试验研究

摘　　要：为了加快观赏名贵牡丹品种在南方地区的繁育和推广,在福建省寿宁县开展了牡丹嫁接和分株试验,结果表明:切接、合接、劈接、嫁接器接等4种嫁接方法之间存在着显著差异,成活率为44.1%~94.7%,其中劈接的成活率最高,达到94.7%,分别比切接、合接、嫁接器接的高4.9%、8.9%和44.1%;不同分株时间对分株植株种植成活率影响显著,成活率从高到低依次为10月(96.7%)、12月(83.3%)、次年2月(56.6%)、次年4月(40%),随着时间往后推移分株植株种植成活率逐渐降低,而且10月最适合植株分株繁殖;不同伤口处理方法对分株植株种植成活率的影响差异不显著,其中500倍生根粉稀释液处理的成活率最高,达到98.9%。In order to accelerate the breeding and promotion of ornamental and valuable Paeonia suffruticosa varieties in the southern region,Paeonia suffruticosa grafting&ramet tests were conducted in Shouning County,Fujian Province.There is a significant difference between them,the survival rate is 44.1%-94.7%,and the survival rate of the cleavage is the highest,reaching 94.7%,which is 4.9,8.9,and 44.1 percentage points higher than that of the cut-graft,close grafting,cleft graft and graft by grafting machine;the time of planting has a significant effect on the survival rate of the ramets.The survival rate from high to low is October(96.7%),December(83.3%),February in the next year(56.6%),April in the next year(40%).As time goes on,the survival rate of ramets is gradually reduced,and October is the most suitable for plant ramification;the effect of different wound treatment methods on the survival rate of ramets is not significant;the survival rate of ramat of Paeonia suffruticosa which treated by using 500 times rooting powder dilution is the highest,reaching 98.9%.
