摘　　要：商业区是人口聚集的重要场所之一,以上海市陆家嘴商业区为例,利用Map GIS三维平台以及一般建模、批量建模和精细建模方法,实现了现代建筑物群的精细三维模型表达,同时优化了构筑物室内外场景。通过三维可视化和天际线分析,探讨了高层建筑群的轮廓曲折度和层次感对城市空间认知的影响,以期为提升城市建筑设计水平和城市三维建模方法提供借鉴和参考。The commercial quarter is one of the important places for population gathering. In this paper, taking Lujiazui business quarter in Shanghai City for example, we used the MapGIS platform, the general modeling method, batch modeling method and fine modeling method to realize the fine 3D model expression of modern buildings, and optimized the indoor and outdoor scenes of buildings. Through the analysis of 3D visualization and skyline, we discussed the influence of the contour flexibility and hierarchy of high-rise buildings on urban space and cognition, which could provide a reference for improving the level of urban architectural design and urban 3D modeling method.
