摘 要:通过回顾BIM技术和区块链技术的发展现状并分析两者的特点,发现2项技术间存在高度的契合性和有效互补性,提出耦合区块链技术的BIM链构架。该构架的特征为:采用联盟链挂接公链的组链方式,链中节点按角色身份接入BIM链并提供算力支持,移动和物联网终端通过节点接入主链,并对BIM链区块中包含的数据内容进行说明。构建BIM数据加修改指令清单的可循迹验证组链方式,最后探讨BIM链落地需要面对的问题。By analyzing the current status of building information modeling(BIM)technology and the development of blockchain technology,this paper explains their characteristics and discovers that two technologies can be complemented effectively.Therefore,a BIM chain framework by integrating blockchain technology is developed.The developed BIM chain is an alliance chain connected to some public chains.The nodes in the network access the BIM chain according to their role identity in construction projects and provide computational power,and then all kinds of terminals such as mobile phones access main chain through nodes.The data contents of BIM chain blocks are explained in details.By recording the hash of BIM models and the change lists,all information can be tracked and verified.In addition,the difficulties that BIM chain encountered are discussed.
